Job summary

Equentis Wealth Advisory in Mumbai seeks a design lead to drive the creation and execution of visual assets across brand, product, social media, campaigns, and internal communications. You will translate marketing strategies into cohesive content, work with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure a uniform brand voice, and craft motion graphics, infographics, and presentations.

You will own templates, guidelines, and processes, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of design projects across brand, product, social media, campaigns, performance creatives, and internal communication assets.
• Translate marketing strategies, briefs, and complex ideas into cohesive and engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a consistent and compelling brand language across all channels
• Conceptualize and develop creative storytelling through motion graphics, short videos, infographics, and presentations.
• Own and evolve design templates, guidelines, and processes for scalable and efficient execution.
• Review and mentor junior designers/interns where needed.
