Job description

• Design visually appealing creatives for print and digital use, including brochures, posters, ads, banners, social media assets, EDMs, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with content, servicing, and marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver solutions that are on-brand and on-brief.
• Develop reusable design templates and maintain asset libraries to support consistent brand communication.
• Adapt and customize existing layouts to fit new formats or campaign requirements while ensuring alignment with original design intent.
• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns by strictly following brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and logo usage.
• Contribute to high-volume campaign rollouts by supporting senior designers and art directors in executing core design tasks.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising quality.
