Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for websites, digital products, brand experiences, and marketing.
• Set clear creative direction through typography, layout, colour, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Translate business requirements, user research, and customer insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Consider the complete customer journey, ensuring consistency across discovery, onboarding, product use, and support.
• Build and evolve design systems balancing brand expression, usability, accessibility, and development feasibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to take designs from concept to implementation.
• Present design decisions clearly, explain trade-offs, and incorporate feedback with purpose.

Were looking for a Senior Creative Designer with exceptional visual design skills, strong UI/UX knowledge, and a clear understanding of customer experience (CX). You should be able to turn business goals and customer needs into distinctive, intuitive, and consistent design.

What youll do:

• Proficiency in Figma and relevant creative tools, with the ability to choose the right tool for the task.
• The ability to develop original concepts and carry them through to detailed, implementation-ready designs.
• Practical understanding of AI design limitations, including generic outputs, weak contextual understanding, inconsistent interfaces, and accessibility gaps.
• Sound judgment about when to use AI, when to refine its output, and when to design independently.
• Experience leading design work and a genuine willingness to mentor people and help them grow.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field. Preferred: B.Des, BFA, M.Des, or equivalent design qualification. Candidates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field may also be considered if they have strong design skills and a relevant portfolio. A strong portfolio and relevant professional experience should carry more weight than the degree alone.
