• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems proactively.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
