Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT contract management and software asset management.
• Experience handling US-based IT/software contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle and SLA management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud/software consumption reporting is a plus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Contract Management Analyst to manage and support IT/software contract operations, including contract lifecycle management, SLA tracking, ServiceNow contract administration, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret US-based IT/software contracts.


• Manage contract records, renewals, amendments, SLAs, and entitlements.


• Configure and maintain contract and SLA information in ServiceNow.


• Track software/cloud consumption and prepare utilization reports.


• Support software audits, compliance reviews, and contract documentation.


• Work closely with Procurement, Vendor Management, Finance, Legal, and IT teams.


• Identify contract risks, renewal requirements, and utilization gaps.

Required Skills:

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Contract Management / ITAM / SAM / HAM / Software Asset Management.


• Experience working with US-based IT/software contracts.


• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Contract Management and/or SAM.


• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and SLA management.


• Experience in software licensing, entitlements, compliance, and reporting.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• ITIL Foundation certification.


• Experience with cloud/software consumption reporting.
