About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent English proficiency, a proven portfolio of content work, and the ability to collaborate with SEO, development, marketing, design, and other cross-functional teams.

Candidates with prior EdTech, Education, University, or E-learning experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content for:
• Website pages and landing pages
• Blogs and articles
• Social media
• Email campaigns and newsletters
• Third-party websites and publications
• Marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals
• Develop content based on brand guidelines, target audience, campaign objectives, and business requirements.
• Research topics thoroughly and produce accurate, informative, and original content.
• Adapt writing style and tone according to different platforms and audiences.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

SEO Content

• Work closely with the SEO team to develop search-friendly website content, blogs, and landing pages.
• Understand and naturally incorporate keywords, search intent, internal linking, headings, and other basic SEO requirements.
• Coordinate with SEO specialists to optimize existing content and improve content performance.
• Ensure content is useful for both users and search engines without compromising readability.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with SEO, developers, marketing, social media, design, performance marketing, and other teams.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure website content is correctly implemented and displayed.
• Understand briefs from different stakeholders and convert them into clear and effective content.
• Manage multiple content requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
• Take ownership of content projects from research and ideation to final delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 34 years of professional experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and tone of voice.
• Proven experience creating content across multiple digital platforms.
• Strong research and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of digital content and content marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO and search-friendly content writing.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in EdTech, Education, University, E-learning, or a related industry.
• Experience writing for education-focused audiences, students, parents, professionals, or academic institutions.
• Experience working with SEO and digital marketing teams.
• Experience creating content for third-party publications, media websites, or external platforms.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and website content management will be an added advantage.
