Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Around 6 – 10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Scrum Master roles. Experience in change management and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices.
• Critical thinking generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, communication, facilitation, conflict management, and team building.
• Strong intercultural skills and experience from a multi-national environment.
• Experience with multi-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in training.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications: SCRUM Master, Agile Coach, KANBAN Practitioner, SAFe.
