Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Delhi is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe practices across multiple Agile Release Trains. You will facilitate PI Planning, coordinate cross-team delivery, and coach teams to improve velocity and predictability.

You will work closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, manage risks, and report on ART health, delivery progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAFe Agile delivery and PI planning environments.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills across agile teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning events and ensure alignment across teams.

• Escalate blockers to leadership when required.
• Manage inter-team and external dependencies for smooth delivery.
• Provide regular status updates on ART health, delivery progress, risks and achievements.
