Job summary

Accion Labs seeks a Senior Scrum Master / RTE to lead Agile delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe environment. The role includes guiding ART execution, PI planning, and cross-functional coordination with US stakeholders as needed. Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication are essential.

The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders, oversee RAID, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery through metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Agile/Scrum experience with a strong Scrum Master background.
• Strong SAFe Framework, PI Planning, and ART execution experience.
• Hands-on experience with dependencies, RAID logs, Release Planning, UAT coordination, and hypercare.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
• Facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with distributed global teams and multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Lead PI Planning and Pre-PI Planning activities.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, RAID logs, and decisions.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Leads, and stakeholders.
• Support UAT, Release Planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Track velocity, predictability, sprint goals, and PI objectives.
• Prepare program-level reports and executive updates using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Drive Agile maturity, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Support ART execution and organizational Agile transformation.

Job Title: Senior Scrum Master / RTE (SAFe)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) experience who can independently lead Agile delivery teams and, when required, perform RTE (Release Train Engineer) responsibilities to support program-level planning, coordination, governance, and execution.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PI Planning, Release Management, UAT, Hypercare, Dependency Management, RAID Management, Agile Coaching, and Executive Stakeholder Communication in large-scale Agile environments. This position involves close collaboration with US-based stakeholders and requires flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Prepare program-level reports, dashboards, and executive updates using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.

• Support Agile Release Train (ART) execution and organizational Agile transformation.
