Job summary

Infosys Consulting's Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a dynamic unit focused on guiding large-scale transformations, ERP and digital initiatives across NAM, Europe and the Emerging Markets. We seek a Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change in complex programs.

You will partner with CXOs and delivery teams to develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption. MBA holders with 5-8 years of consulting experience are preferred; Prosci certification adds

Qualifications

• Overall experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs irrespective of the context of change.
• Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programs.
• Experience of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reach.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such as Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs.
• Work as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team.
• Work with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions focusing on change strategy, impact assessment, articulation of challenges and mitigation strategies.
• Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture.
• Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through proposals and proactive offer development.
• Participate in practice building activity as a contributor to the change management community, including training and knowledge management.

The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting’s service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N.America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).

• Provide world class consulting & advisory services designed to help C-Level Executives, Directors, Entrepreneurs & Owners to address their business problems and help navigate their organization for growth, optimization and innovation

• Enable our clients to evaluate, adopt and industrialize the market disrupting technologies ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility

• Help clients navigate their way from strategy to execution by bringing in our expertise in business transformation, organization change management and program management

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively
• Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
• Participate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners

• Strong executive level relationship building skills
• Past experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms
• Certification in change management such as Prosci®, PCI®, etc will be an added advantage
