Job summary

WE Excel Software seeks a seasoned E-Governance Consultant (Techno-Functional) to drive digital transformation in the public sector from Chandigarh, India. You will bridge technology and business processes, designing, developing, and optimizing governance platforms in collaboration with government stakeholders and vendors.

You will lead requirements, roadmaps, and policy advisory while ensuring security, data governance, and regulatory compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT consulting, e-governance, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of public sector processes, policies, and regulations.
• Experience in enterprise IT systems, ERP, CRM, or government IT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and digital identity systems.
• Familiarity with RFP preparation, vendor management, and IT procurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
