Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead consumer communities for a Leading D2C Health & Wellness Company in Gurugram. You will build and grow communities across India, drive engagement, plan activities and develop leaders and ambassadors.

You will organize city gatherings, wellness events and retreats, while collaborating with content, health and marketing teams to drive retention and belonging.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Community Management, Community Building, Consumer Communities, Events or Membership Ecosystems.
• Experience managing WhatsApp and other community platforms.
• Strong understanding of member engagement, retention and community growth.
• Experience building ambassador programs or community leader networks.
• Strong event management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
