Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately transform diagnoses and procedures into ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure daily coding volumes are turnaround accurately within the defined Turnaround Time.
• Check input volumes allocated by TL and maintain quality and productivity.
• Prepare coding reports per client guidelines and coding standards.
• Interact regularly with TL and receive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within the coding team.
• Understand client workflow, procedures and criteria for coding.
• Meet monthly targets with >95% accuracy consistently.
• Attend Weekly QA/Team meetings and respond to QA/Team Lead.
• Follow information security policy and protect data confidentiality.
