Responsibilities

• Accurately transforms diagnoses and procedures into ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure daily coding volumes meet turnaround time targets.
• Verify input volumes with Team Lead and QA feedback.
• Prepare coding reports per client and coding guidelines.
• Interact with Team Lead regularly to ensure quality.
• Maintain above 95% accuracy monthly target.
• Attend Weekly QA/Team meetings and report to QA Analyst/Team Lead.
• Adhere to information security policy and report incidents.
