Qualifications

• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and CPT conventions; ER coding experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately converts diagnoses and procedures to ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure daily coding volumes meet turnaround time and quality targets.
• Review input volumes and coding guidelines; generate reports per client guidelines.
• Engage with TL/QA team; participate in weekly QA/Team meetings.
• Maintain independence and collaborative team work; ensure security and privacy compliance.
• Meet monthly targets with high accuracy (≥95%).
