Job summary

Guidehouse India in Chennai is seeking a Senior Coder to translate medical records into ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes. The role requires precise coding and the ability to meet daily turnaround times within the coding team.

You will work closely with team leads and QA, strive for 95% accuracy, and participate in weekly meetings, while upholding information security policies and client guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review input volumes assigned by Team Lead and produce reports per guidelines.
• Interact regularly with Team Lead and QA for feedback.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the coding team.
• Meet monthly targets with above 95% accuracy and attend QA/Team meetings.
