Job summary

Airatek in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced CNC milling specialist with 6+ years in setting up and running 3-5 axis machines. Proficiency in GD&T, G-code editing, and CMM/metrology is essential. CAM software and 5-axis experience are highly desirable to drive precision production.

You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and mentor junior operators while ensuring parts meet tight tolerances. A strong systematic approach and commitment to reliability are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years setting up and operating 3-5 axis mills (Haas/Mazak).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T and edit G-code.
• Experience using CMMs and micrometers is preferred.
• Mentor junior operators; willingness to train others.
• CAM software and 5-axis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-5 axis milling machines to tight tolerances.
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and inspection reports for part conformity.
• Edit G-code and verify programs on the machine prior to run.
• Use CMMs and micrometers for dimensional measurement.
• Mentor and train newer operators; uphold safety and quality.
