Job summary

Responsibilities include provisioning Azure resources, managing VMs, VNets, Azure SQL, AKS, CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform/Bicep, and implementing security controls like RBAC, Key Vault, and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on Azure experience.
• Good knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and DevOps.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to implement, automate, secure, and support Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Azure infrastructure, networking, DevOps, security, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and manage Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage Azure VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, and AKS.
• Configure and troubleshoot subnets, NSGs, route tables, VPN, Private Endpoints, Firewall, and Application Gateway.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Support Docker and Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Implement RBAC, Entra ID, Managed Identity, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and security controls.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and logging using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Support Azure Backup, Site Recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow cloud governance and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands‑on Azure experience.
• Good knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and DevOps.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform/Bicep, Git, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Working knowledge of AKS, Docker, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience supporting production and enterprise cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
