Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior Channel Partner Manager in Bengaluru to build and grow a network of value-added resellers across CAD, PLM, IoT and AR. You will manage partner executives, develop aligned business plans, forecast bookings, and drive revenue through indirect sales while coordinating internal teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of partner management experience in the Enterprise Software market.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel extensively across India but also occasionally in EMEA and in US.
• Knowledge of partner networks (VARs, ISVs, DSPs, VADs and SIs) and their business models.
• Experience in partner management and development and in digital transformation technologies (CAD, PLM, IoT, AR) is a plus.

• Build, manage and execute an aligned business plan with partners.
• Investigate and understand internal strategies and processes of potential partners.
