PTC Inc in Gurgaon, India seeks a Technical Consultant to provide hands-on expertise during implementations, collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Cloud and Support teams.

The role emphasizes building ETL interfaces, testing SPM applications, developing Java/pl-sql procedures, and creating Intellicus BI reports while maintaining strong cross-team relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MCA, or related STEM field and 3-4 years of professional experience.
• Experience with ETL interfaces and data integration across client-host systems.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL with ability to write complex queries.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as IICS/Informatica and PDI (Kettle).
• Experience creating workflows with SOS or similar tools (Control-M, ActiveBatch).
• Strong scripting skills in batch or shell; basic Python; AWS S3 is a plus.
• Experience migrating IICS ETL to PDI is an added advantage.
• Ability to develop Java/pl-sql procedures and BI reports (Intellicus).
• Ability to test and support SPM applications and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Create interfaces between client host system and Servigistics using ETL tools.
• Test and support SPM applications for existing clients.
• Develop custom procedures/packages in Java/pl-sql to support ad hoc requests.
• Develop reports on BI tool Intellicus for dashboarding purposes.
• Foster ongoing relationships with internal teams to improve service quality.
• Oversee execution of core business processes to ensure standards are met.
