You will manage the daily and strategic operations for a set of cities, ensuring operational excellence, partner quality and customer experience. Your role combines hands‑on execution with ownership of growth initiatives and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational excellence for assigned cities, including selection and training of new partners and continual improvement of partner quality.
• Lead key central growth initiatives, such as projects that enhance quality, service excellence and innovation of category offerings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure swift, robust execution of initiatives.
• Own assigned business areas and drive strategic decisions that shape business outcomes.
• Scale category volumes and revenues across geographies while delivering superlative customer and partner experience at scale.
• Lead and empower a team, fostering growth in line with UC values and building sustainable, profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2‑4 years experience in an operations, consulting or strategy role.
