What You’ll Do

One of the most common questions asked is: “What does a typical day in the life of an SCM look like?”

The answer: no two days are the same in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• The primary focus is driving operational excellence for your set of cities. This includes:
• Selection and onboarding of new partners
• Training and capability building
• Improving quality and performance of existing partners
• This is fundamentally an operations-heavy role, with operational excellence being the core focus area.
• Over time, you will also take ownership of key central growth tracks for the category, including:
• Projects focused on improving quality and service excellence
• Projects focused on improving offerings and innovation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and effective execution.
• Own the business entrusted to you and directly influence how it scales and evolves.
