Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify part geometries using Siemens UG NX.
• Generate and optimize CNC toolpaths.
• Perform toolpath post-processing and CNC code generation.
• Program Turning operations (VTL & HTL).
• Develop CNC programs for 2-, 3-, and 5-axis Milling.
• Create and validate Mill-Turn programs.
• Automate CNC machining processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality and tolerance requirements.
• Simulate and verify CNC programs before production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Optimize machining strategies and cycle times.
• Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues.
