Job summary

Delta Electronics India is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead end-to-end compensation programmes, salary reviews, and market benchmarking across global units.

You will partner with regional stakeholders, lead surveys, perform job evaluations and salary structuring, and support benefits administration. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM and AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10-15 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in a multinational
• Strong exposure to global compensation practices and international stakeholders.
• Experience managing compensation surveys and market benchmarking.
• Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation, salary structures, and market pricing.
• Advanced Excel and HR analytics; HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Power BI preferred.
• Tech-savvy with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for analysis and reporting.

• Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging AI, HR technology, and automation tools.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, with significant experience in a multinational organisation.
