Job summary

Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Master Data Conversion team. This role leads data readiness across regions, ensuring high‑quality master data for global SAP deployments and governance throughout the deployment lifecycle.

You will own end‑to‑end data transformation for MD domains, collaborate with business and functional stakeholders, and provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP Master Data (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Proven ability to lead data conversion activities in global programs.
• Strong SQL and ETL/data transformation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across regions.

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS) as part of the Master Data Conversion team . This role plays a key part in delivering global SAP deployments , ensuring high‑quality, business‑ready Master Data across regions, business units, and complex data landscapes.

The Senior Business Process Analyst operates with a high level of autonomy, leading Master Data conversion activities, partnering closely with business and functional stakeholders, and driving data readiness, quality, and governance throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units
• Own end‑to‑end data transformation for one or more Master Data domains from legacy systems into SAP
• Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; define and coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business teams
• Develop, review, and optimize data transformation logic using ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data
• Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
• Guide countries and regions through the end‑to‑end SAP data migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and governance
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex data and system issues, providing business and technical diagnostics and resolution support
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of data conversion standards, best practices, and methodologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience working with SAP Master Data (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and ETL / data transformation tools
• Deep understanding of Master Data domains and corresponding business processes, cross‑domain dependencies, and data governance principles
• Proven ability to work independently and lead Master Data activities within complex, global programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business‑relevant outcomes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
