• Candidates from NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions or Financial Advisory firms.
• Strong relationships with Real Estate Developers & Builders.
• Experience in Debt Fundraising / Debt Syndication / Developer Funding.
• Experience in acquiring mandates and closing funding transactions.
• Strong network with Banks, NBFCs & Financial Institutions.
• Understanding of Project Finance, Structured Finance & Corporate Lending.
• Ability to analyze financials, cash flows, CMA data & credit documents.
• Strong business development, negotiation & relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities include identifying and pursuing debt funding opportunities with Real Estate developers and builders.
• Acquire mandates, negotiate terms, and close funding transactions.
• Leverage networks with Banks, NBFCs and financial institutions to arrange debt funding.
• Prepare financial analyses, CMA data and credit documents for funding presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and financial partners to secure ongoing deals.
