Job summary

Marquis Advertising & Marketing is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Pune and surrounding markets. The role focuses on sales, client acquisition and expanding the advertising portfolio across OOH media.

The candidate will pitch and close deals, develop tailored media plans, and manage relationships with brands, corporates and agencies. A minimum of 2+ years in BD/sales with strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or sales.
• Experience in OOH/Outdoor Advertising, Media, Advertising or Corporate Sales is a plus.
• Proven lead generation and client closing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Existing network with brands, corporates or agencies helpful.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop relationships with brands, corporates and advertising agencies.
• Pitch and sell our diverse OOH advertising solutions, including hoardings, billboards, gantries, DOOH/LED screens and other outdoor media.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and customised media plans based on client requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and client servicing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in OOH/Outdoor Advertising, Media, Advertising or Corporate Sales.
• Strong understanding of the OOH advertising ecosystem will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business closures.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• An existing network within brands, corporates or agencies would be an advantage.
