You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology and operations, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver results through structured recommendations, business cases, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/finance/economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–9 years in business or management consulting, digital transformation, or related domain.
• Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and enterprise clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation abilities.
• Experience managing consulting projects from discovery through implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
