Algae Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Solution Analyst to lead Target Operating Model (TOM) development, gather requirements, map processes, and define IT solutions with stakeholders and tech teams.

You will work within Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe), create user stories, use cases, test scenarios, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment while using JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst / Solution Analyst– Target Operating Model (TOM)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8+ Years
Availability: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
Working Hours: Must be flexible to work UK hours

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Solution Analyst with strong expertise in business requirements gathering, process mapping, and Target Operating Model (TOM) development. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, project managers, vendors, and support teams to define requirements, document business processes, and drive end-to-end delivery of functional changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain business process maps, workflows, and Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define IT solutions.
• Support functional testing, validate requirements, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Work within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Use JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for documentation and tracking.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve blockers, and facilitate escalations when required.
• Take ownership of complex functional changes and ensure timely delivery.
• Support planning, reporting, and delivery activities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of overall professional experience, preferably as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
• Proven experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) development or operating model strategy.
• Strong business requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex technology environments.
• Exposure to cybersecurity operations or intelligence teams is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
