Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payment Gateway services to design new functionalities and coordinate with stakeholders across local and global locations. The role requires 6-10 years in business analysis, experience with SCRUM/Agile, SAFe, and BRD/FRD.

You will translate requirements into user stories, lead planning, and identify dependencies across teams and platforms.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Background in Payment Gateway Services and Systems.
• Knowledge of Gateway Services and Mobile commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum, Agile, and requirement gathering including BRD and FRD.
• Understanding of the SAFe framework.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams from local and global locations.
• Ability to identify internal, external dependencies, and NFRs.
