Job summary

ProbePlus in India is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to work with clients and cross‑functional teams to define, shape, and deliver technology solutions for complex business needs.

You will gather requirements, document BRDs/FRS/SRS, translate needs into functional specs, and coordinate with architects and developers to ensure feasible solutions.

The role requires engaging stakeholders, managing changes, participating in Agile ceremonies, and presenting clear solutions to senior management.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Understand existing processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and contribute to the development of improved business workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements, including BRDs, FRSs, SRSs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with solution architects and development teams to define practical, scalable, and technically feasible solutions.
• Create and maintain process flows, use cases, wireframes, mock‑ups, and other functional documentation where required.
• Act as a key point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and aligned.
• Manage requirement changes, dependencies, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement reviews, functional walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign‑offs.
• Support Product and Project Managers with scope definition, feature prioritisation, effort estimation, and planning.
• Participate in Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support successful implementation and delivery.
• Present functional solutions and project requirements clearly to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
