The role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, and creating BRD/FRS, user stories, and workflow diagrams. You will support agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and ensure traceability and quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Translate requirements into BRD/FRS and user stories.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
• Support prioritisation, traceability, and project planning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and acceptance criteria discussions.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to understand business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Support business process re-engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for improved processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution reviews and requirement validation sessions.
• Support feature prioritisation and product backlog management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track requirement progress and provide timely clarifications to development teams.
• Assist Project Managers with effort estimation and project planning.
• Prepare functional test scenarios and acceptance criteria to support testing and user acceptance.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
