Job summary

Gofer is seeking a Senior Bridge Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the design and delivery of complex bridge and infrastructure projects for government departments, public sector organisations, and private clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with MIDAS Civil and STAAD Pro, along with a solid background in IRC and MoRTH codes. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural or Transportation specialization preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in bridge engineering and infrastructure design.
• Hands-on experience with ROB/RUBs, flyovers, river bridges, cable-stayed bridges, or segmental structures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MIDAS Civil and STAAD / STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design.
• Strong knowledge of IRC and MoRTH design codes and standards.
• Experience in preparing design reports, drawings, and project documentation.
