Urban Company seeks a Senior Brand Manager to drive growth for its UAE service verticals, from concept to execution. You will deeply understand UAE consumers through data and research, translating insights into compelling campaigns and branding strategies.

Responsibilities include owning marketing plans, collaborating with Product and Business teams, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey across app and offline touchpoints to fuel awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience in the GCC [Mandatory].
• Experience in startups, consumer internet, FMCG, e-commerce or high-growth consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of digital-first brand building.
• Excellent creative judgment with the ability to evaluate campaigns and content.

• Improve the customer journey across app onboarding, pricing communication, merchandising, and education.
• Design and execute experiments to improve key funnel metrics.
• Lead impactful campaigns and define brand positioning, messaging and campaigns across key service categories.
• Work with agencies and internal teams to create high-quality campaigns.

We're looking for a Brand Manager who can build a brand consumers love while driving
measurable business growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative
execution, consumer insights and growth marketing.

What youll do:

Youll own growth and marketing for one of UC UAEs service verticals - the role involves doing everything from ideation to execution for your categories.

The right candidate will need to demonstrate high ownership, bias-for-action and initiative to drive growth.

• Consumer insighting
• Deeply understand UAE consumers through data, research, and interviews

• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
• Own category growth
• Drive growth for one or more service categories by increasing awareness,
  consideration, conversion, and repeat usage.
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with category and business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and work cross-functionally
  to unlock them.
• Partner closely with Product and Business teams to lead new user acquisition.
• Experiment rapidly, measure impact and iterate.
• Improve the customer journey
• Partner with Product, CRM, and Category teams to optimize the end-to-end
  customer experience.
• Improve app conversion, onboarding, pricing communication, merchandising, and
  customer education.
• Design and execute experiments to improve key funnel metrics.
• Lead impactful campaigns
• Define brand positioning, messaging and campaigns across key service
  categories.
• Work with creative and influencer agencies, production houses and internal teams
  to create high-quality campaigns.
• Ensure consistency across app, CRM, paid marketing, offline touchpoints and
  partnerships.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience in the GCC [Mandatory]
• Experience in startups, consumer internet, FMCG, e-commerce or high-growth consumer
  brands.
