Job summary

BinQle is seeking a Senior BPMN Process Modelling Specialist to translate banking policies into executable BPMN 2.0 workflows using Camunda. You will combine process analysis, modeling, and implementation across integration, testing, and deployment to ensure production-ready outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, model events and gateways, and ensure workflows align with regulatory requirements while supporting CI/CD and audit processes.

Qualifications

• BPMN 2.0 modeling experience is required.
• Proficient in Camunda Platform and workflow orchestration.
• Strong business process analysis and optimization skills.
• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, JSON/XML and SQL.
• Familiarity with Docker; Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of DMN and Drools is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze banking operational procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Convert business requirements into BPMN 2.0 process models.
• Design and implement executable BPMN workflows using Camunda.
• Model workflow events, gateways, subprocesses, message flows, timers, and exception handling.
• Review AI-generated BPMN models for completeness.
• Integrate BPMN workflows with DMN decision tables and Drools rules.
• Develop REST API, Kafka, and messaging platform integrations.
• Configure workflow variables, listeners, and process orchestration.
• Conduct unit testing, sandbox validation, and workflow simulations.
• Manage workflow versioning, deployment, and documentation.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and maintain audit evidence.
