Capgemini is seeking a skilled Camunda Developer/Consultant to join its Digital Transformation team in Pune, India. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM platform.

You will collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to streamline processes and enable scalable automation. Key responsibilities include building BPMN 2.0 workflows, integrating Camunda with microservices and APIs, and ensuring scalable, reusable workflow

Qualifications

• Experience in designing BPMN 2.0 workflows.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Spring Boot.
• Experience with DMN modeling for decision automation.
• Version control with Git.
• Awareness of CI/CD practices and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business workflows using BPMN 2.0 and Camunda Modeler.
• Develop microservices and APIs integrated with Camunda.
• Configure Camunda Engine, Tasklist, Cockpit, and Optimize.
• Translate business requirements into automated workflows and DMN models.
• Integrate Camunda with external systems via REST APIs and messaging (e.g., Kafka).
• Monitor and troubleshoot process execution and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Uphold best practices in workflow design, scalability, and reusability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders.
