Job summary

BinQle is seeking a Software Development Team Lead to guide hands-on development for console and web apps. You will focus on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Python, while integrating BPMS, Rule Engines, IAM, and CRM systems.

You will also leverage LLMs to improve Python code, collaborate on cloud-based services, and manage CI/CD pipelines across SQL/NoSQL/Graph databases. Strong engineering practices in RHEL environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices proficiency.
• Python development experience for code tasks using LLMs.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience integrating BPMS, Rule Engines, IAM, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in RHEL environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Understanding of RAG, MCP, frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and basic ML concepts
