Job description

WSP is currently seeking a passionateSenior BIM Technicianwith a strong backgroundto join our Water & Wastewater team in Bengaluru. This position will be responsible for developing BIM models for treatment plant facilities, pump stations, etc. in Water & Wastewater projects.The role involves working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects to international standards.

The ideal candidate should also have familiarity and understanding of other disciplines and how they relate to one another in a multidisciplinary project. The candidate will be required to manage projects and should be able to work and communicate effectively with teams in Canada, senior management, peers and team members.

Successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will lead small groups of engineers and modellers in engineering delivery with focus on technical excellence. The role requires management of several projects and becoming involved in design at an early stage. Extensive coordination with teams in Canada is a must. Candidate should have a clear and demonstrable technical understanding of standards and norms pertaining to Canada Water Industry.
