Egis is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler specializing in mechanical systems to join our Bengaluru, India team. You will create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring proper coordination with other building components.

You will perform clash detection, generate shop drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and project specs while mentoring juniors and contributing to BIM process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of BIM modeling experience for mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
• BIM certification (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of MEP systems and sustainable design principles.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler specialising in mechanical systems to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

• Develop and maintain complex 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper coordination and integration of mechanical systems with other building components
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between mechanical and other building systems
• Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM-related issues
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8years' experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills

• BIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred
