Job summary

Egis Group in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler specializing in mechanical systems to join our team. You will create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection, and ensure coordination with multidisciplinary teams on complex building projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 8+ years in BIM modeling, proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, and a track record of delivering clash-free construction documents on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
• BIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
