Job summary

Aceolution Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst – DGM to lead BI initiatives, analytics strategy, and data-driven decision-making. You will translate complex business needs into actionable insights and oversee BI solutions.

You will mentor BI/Data Analytics teams, partner with stakeholders, supervise ETL/ELT, data warehousing, dashboards, and KPIs using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and related tools while driving data governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL with complex queries and data analysis.
• Experience in ETL/ELT, data transformation, validation and quality.
• Proven track record in developing and managing BI dashboards and reports.
• Expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, and data modeling.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
• Understanding of business KPIs, reporting and analytics.
• Google PLX experience is preferred.
• Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server or PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Python or R experience for analytics is a plus.

Required Skills
