HDFC Life is hiring for Corporate Agency Manager - Banca. This frontline sales role in Bancassurance requires traveling within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will drive sales of life insurance products, meet targets, and uphold regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, graduation in any stream, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

About the channel

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
