Insightstap Solutions seeks a Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) to lead end‑to‑end client projects from Kolkata. The role focuses on designing scalable backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and Express, with strong emphasis on API integrations, performance, and security.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of backend experience, hands-on work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues, and strong leadership and client communication abilities.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of backend/full-stack experience, preferably in a Senior or Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Production experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, Pub/Sub, REST APIs, and scalable SaaS architecture.
• Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and production deployments.
• Strong technical leadership, client communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location Preference & Work Arrangement

• This is a full-time, work-from-office position. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite from our office and should preferably be based in or around the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience building production-grade AI-powered SaaS applications.
