Job summary

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Backend / Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of production experience to build and maintain scalable microservices and APIs for a large-scale consumer loyalty platform.The role primarily focuses on NestJS, TypeScript, Node.js, microservices, and REST APIs, along with database, caching, testing, and frontend integration. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Release teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend microservices and REST APIs using NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Work with MongoDB/Mongoose, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate how AI tools have delivered measurable productivity improvements of approximately 150–200% in their individual or team workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted code generation, testing, debugging, code review, documentation, or automation will be valuable.

Good to Have

• Experience with NX monorepo.
• Familiarity with Azure (App Services, AKS, Key Vault).
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Contentful, Braze, Amplitude, Segment/RudderStack, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SonarQube or other code-quality tools.
