Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks a Senior Backend Developer with strong Node.js and TypeScript skills to build scalable, secure backend systems. You will develop APIs, microservices, and backend services while collaborating with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams.

You will work on RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB), caching with Redis, and modern deployment pipelines using Docker and CI/CD. Hybrid Bangalore location with opportunities to scale complex services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Backend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Redis and caching mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
