Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a hands-on Senior AWS AI Engineer to build production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions on AWS. You will deploy, operate, and supervise delivery of end-to-end AI systems.

You'll work on orchestration, tool calling, state/memory, HITL, MCP and A2A, RAG/LLM integrations with enterprise APIs and data. Production APIs with FastAPI, CI/CD, security and observability are key priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering / AI-ML Engineering experience.
• Hands-on with LangGraph & LangChain and production-grade multi-agent systems.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS including Bedrock services.

Hiring: Senior AWS AI Engineer – Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems

Work Mode: As per project/client requirement

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer with a strong software engineering background to build, deploy, and operate production-grade Agentic AI and Multi-Agent solutions on AWS.

This is an engineering and delivery role, NOT an architecture role.

• Build and deploy multi-agent solutions using Python, LangGraph & LangChain
• Design and implement orchestration, tool calling, state/memory, checkpointing & Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
• Implement MCP and A2A capabilities
• Develop RAG/LLM solutions integrated with enterprise APIs, data and business systems
• Build and operate AI solutions using AWS, Amazon Bedrock & Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
• Develop production APIs and integration services using FastAPI and related technologies
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability and security controls
• Work with IAM, least privilege, secrets management and secure tool/API access
• Troubleshoot and optimize production solutions for reliability, performance, latency and cost

• 5+ years of Software Engineering / AI-ML Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph & LangChain
• Production experience with Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock & Bedrock AgentCore
• Experience with MCP & A2A
• Strong knowledge of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, tool calling, state/memory & HITL
• Experience with APIs/FastAPI, Docker, Git & CI/CD
• Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, observability and production debugging
• Candidates must have personally built, deployed and supported at least 2 production-grade Multi-Agent AI solutions
• POC-only, tutorial, certification or hackathon experience will not be considered sufficient.
