Job summary

Fulcrum Worldwide Software in Pune seeks an Agentic AI / Python Developer (AWS) to design and implement multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows using Python on AWS, leveraging AgentCore/Bedrock, LangChain and LangGraph for RAG integrations.

The role requires 7–8 years of software/AI experience, strong Python, and hands-on leadership of offshore teams. You will deploy, monitor and harden AI services on AWS and drive performance optimisations.

Qualifications

Agentic AI / Python Developer (AWS)

Role Overview

Core builders of the agentic AI capability designing and implementing multi-agent, LLM-powered workflows in Python on AWS, including AgentCore / Bedrock and RAG integrations.

Experience Profile

7–8 years of software / AI engineering with strong Python and hands-on agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows (planning, reasoning, tool use, orchestration) in Python.
  
• Implement LLM pipelines using LangChain / LangGraph and AWS AgentCore / Bedrock.
  
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, data and vector stores (RAG).
  
• Optimise prompts, memory, orchestration and inference performance.
  
• Deploy, monitor and harden agentic services on AWS.
  
• Offshore senior developer leads the offshore AI sub-team, sets standards and mentors.
  

Required Skills

• Strong Python engineering fundamentals.
  
• Hands-on LangChain / LangGraph and multi-agent orchestration.
  
• AWS domain including AgentCore / Bedrock; RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
  
• Production deployment of AI services.
