Job summary

Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Lead Engineer – AWS AgentCore to design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on AWS. The role will be hands-on, combining strong software engineering with Agentic AI architecture, and will be responsible for taking solutions from PoC to production.

The candidate will design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Bedrock, AgentCore, and implement multi-agent workflows, ensuring security, scalability and observability across cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/cloud engineering experience with hands-on development.
• Experience with AWS, Python and Amazon Bedrock.
• Hands-on exposure to Bedrock AgentCore or similar platforms.
• Experience with agent frameworks like Strands, LangGraph or LangChain.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using AWS frameworks.
• Implement AgentCore components including Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity and Observability.
• Develop and integrate agent tools using MCP, APIs, Lambda and enterprise apps.
• Design RAG, memory, tool-calling and human-in-the-loop patterns for enterprise use cases.
• Build secure, scalable, observable agent solutions with IAM, guardrails and audit controls.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, accelerators and coding standards for Agentic AI development.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews and mentoring to AI and full-stack engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as AWS Strands, LangGraph or equivalent.
• Implement AgentCore capabilities including Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity and Observability.
• Develop and integrate agent tools using MCP, APIs, Lambda and enterprise applications.
• Design RAG, memory, tool-calling and human-in-the-loop patterns for enterprise use cases.

Desired Experience

• 10+ years of software/cloud engineering experience with strong hands‑on development skills.

• Experience with Strands, LangGraph, LangChain or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Good understanding of MCP, tool calling, RAG, vector databases and multi‑agent architectures.Experience building APIs, microservices, cloud‑native applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of AWS security, IAM and production observability.

A strong hands‑on engineer who can architect, code and productionize Agentic AI solutions, while also guiding engineering teams. The candidate should be comfortable working across AI models, agent frameworks and AWS services, and should have a strong focus on reusability, security, scalability and production engineering.
