Job summary

Entasis India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior AutoCAD Designer to support retail design and execution projects.

The candidate will produce accurate technical drawings for retail furniture, fixtures, store layouts and associated civil and MEP services, coordinating with design, production, vendors, and site teams. The role requires 5–10 years of AutoCAD drafting experience in retail interiors, along with civil engineering qualifications and AutoCAD certification.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in retail interiors, furniture, fixtures, store fit-outs or turnkey execution.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Graduation and AutoCAD certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD working, fabrication and shop drawings for retail furniture, fixtures, display units, signage and other project elements.
• Develop and coordinate retail store layouts, furniture plans, civil drawings, electrical layouts and HVAC-related drawings as required by the project.
• Translate design concepts, BOQs, site measurements and technical specifications into clear, accurate and buildable drawings.
• Apply a strong understanding of retail furniture design, materials, dimensions, joinery, finishes and fabrication requirements.
• Verify dimensions, drawing details and site conditions; incorporate revisions and resolve drawing discrepancies before execution.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Entasis India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior AutoCAD Designer to support retail design and execution projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing accurate technical and working drawings for retail furniture, fixtures, store layouts and associated civil and MEP services, while coordinating closely with design, production, vendors and site teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD working, fabrication and shop drawings for retail furniture, fixtures, display units, signage and other project elements.
• Develop and coordinate retail store layouts, furniture plans, civil drawings, electrical layouts and HVAC-related drawings as required by the project.

REQUIRED SKILLS & SOFTWARE

• Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD, including detailed 2D drafting, dimensioning, layouts and production-ready drawing sets.
• Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop for supporting design and presentation requirements.
• Proven capability in furniture detailing and retail fit-out / fixture drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and site measurements.
• Good understanding of relevant civil, electrical and HVAC drawing coordination.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in retail interiors, furniture, fixtures, store fit-outs or turnkey execution.
