Job summary

Edulogix Australia is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our remote Indian team. You will autonomously drive the sales cycle, close deals, and ensure consistent monthly revenue targets, while all immigration advice remains with RMAs.

Edulogix is a premium immigration consultancy specializing in Australian migration. We pride ourselves on ethical practices, and strict OMARA compliance. We are looking for an elite sale closer to join our remote Indian team and capitalize on our robust pipeline of high-intent leads.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven, independent Senior Sales Consultant. This role is strictly for top-tier closers who can autonomously drive the sales cycle and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets of 10 to 15 Lakhs. In strict compliance with OMARA guidelines, this role focuses purely on sales, initial screening, and client onboarding, while all formal immigration advice is exclusively provided by our Registered Migration Agents (RMAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent Deal Closing: Autonomously manage the end-to-end sales pipeline - from initial lead engagement to final contract signing and payment collection to achieve a mandatory target of ₹10,000,000 to ₹15,000,000 per month.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Log all activities, call recordings, and lead progressions meticulously in HubSpot. Ensure zero lead leakage and high-speed follow-ups.
• Profile Screening & RMA Liaison: Conduct initial fact-finding and eligibility screenings.
• OMARA-Compliant Sales Execution: Provide clients with general, publicly available information regarding Australian visa processes without ever crossing into providing unregistered immigration advice or specific visa guarantees.
• Nursing courses & registration services: Provide international nurses with relevant guidance to assist them in their Australian nursing registration journey.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of strict, dedicated experience in Australian migration sales.
• Proven Track Record: You must currently be closing deals worth 10 to 15 Lakhs per month individually already in your current role.
• Tech & AI Literacy: Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and automated workflows alongside a demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools to automate administrative tasks, refine sales copy, and increase daily call volume.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Australian immigration landscape, points systems, and visa subclasses.
• Work Environment: A highly reliable, distraction-free Work from Home setup in India with high-speed internet and strict power backup.
